I have csv files that were sent to me from someone else of data pulled off an irrometer moisture sensor with a data shuttle. They are able to view the data in graph form on watergraph because they uploaded it there first. But how am I supposed to take that csv file and upload it into watergraph and have it show up as a chart/graph

Yes, the WaterGraph program for Windows allows you to create graphs from CSV files. To upload the CSV file and view it as a chart or graph in WaterGraph, you can follow the program's instructions or documentation on how to import data from CSV files.
